Seminar for NGO's at SEC

During April 2012 the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), the government body for business registry had a series of seminars for all its accredited companies and organizations. On April 11, Mrs. Agnes Co and Mrs. Melody Balderas attended the seminar targeted for Non-Stock Corporations. The seminar was a refresher on the rules and regulations of SEC, and also tips on updating records. A follow-up meeting was set to May 2012.
