Our Members

      In 1994, HAPI-C began as a very small group of only a handful of members, composing of hemophilia patients and parents. Through the help of doctors and their secretaries in their clinics, we were able to find more patients with hemophilia in Cebu and even in other regions of the Philippines.

    Our support group eventually reached out to the northern and southern areas of Cebu, finding more and more new members. At present, we have approximately 100 diagnosed hemophilia patients, and a couple hundred more of their parents, siblings, and undiagnosed relatives.
